Scope

This part of GB/T 4797 gives the outdoor climate type represented by temperature and humidity parameters, as the background information when selecting the appropriate temperature and humidity severity level for product application. These climate types include all regions of the country, except those with an altitude above 5,000 meters. This section can also be used as background material when determining the environmental conditions for which the product will be used. When selecting the severity level of temperature and humidity for product application standards, the data given in GB/T 4796-2001 should be used.
