本部分适用于库存的电工电子产品的环境参数及其严酷程度的分级。产品在贮存时可带有包装。本部分指的环境条件仅限于直接影响产品及其基本性能的条件，本部分并无特别描述这些条件对产品的影响。
本部分不包括库存的中转过程，也不包括火灾、爆炸及离子辐射及其他不可预见事故的环境条件，这些另作特殊情况考虑。也不考虑近海岸的库存地点。固定使用、携带及非固定使用、车船运输条件在GB/T 4798的其他部分描述。

Scope

This section applies to the classification of environmental parameters and severity levels of electrical and electronic products in stock. Products may be packaged in storage. The environmental conditions referred to in this section are limited to the conditions that directly affect the product and its basic performance, and this section does not specifically describe the impact of these conditions on the product. This part does not include the transit process of inventory, nor does it include the environmental conditions of fire, explosion, ion radiation and other unforeseen accidents, which will be considered in special cases. Inshore storage locations are also not considered. The conditions for fixed use, portable and non-fixed use, and vehicle and ship transportation are described in other parts of GB/T 4798.
