Scope

This standard specifies the main performance, technical requirements and parameter test methods of multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzers (hereinafter referred to as multi-channel analyzers), and also gives the terms and definitions of multi-channel analyzers. This standard applies to multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzers with linear amplitude response. This analyzer is used for the acquisition, storage and processing of signal amplitude distributions.
