Scope
This standard stipulates the cavity length series and corresponding output power series of carbon dioxide lasers (hereinafter referred to as lasers), and proposes typical product models; Series of values for output power instability and degree of polarization. This standard applies to sealed-off carbon dioxide lasers with a working wavelength of 10.6 μm continuous wave. This standard does not apply to continuous wave frequency stabilization, TEA pulse and flow carbon dioxide lasers.
