《GB/T 4988-2002船舶和近海装置用电工产品的额定频率 额定电压 额定电流》由604-2（中国电器工业协会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了船舶和近海装置用电工产品的额定频率、额定电压和额定电流值。
本标准适用于船舶和移动式及固定式近海装置用的电工产品。其电工产品包括可靠固定及永久连接的动力、照明、电热、饮具设备；自动控制系统和通信、导航设备的外部通用供电电源装置；电工仪表；在安全电压下工作的移动电动工具及移动照明器件和设备等。

Scope

This standard specifies the rated frequency, rated voltage and rated current of electrical products used in ships and offshore installations. This standard applies to electrical products used in ships and mobile and fixed offshore installations. Its electrical products include power, lighting, electric heating and cooking equipment that are reliably fixed and permanently connected; external general power supply devices for automatic control systems and communication and navigation equipment; electrical instruments; mobile electric tools and mobile lighting devices that work under safe voltages and equipment etc. This standard does not apply to the following situations: a) The dedicated power supply inside the equipment and the devices and components connected to these power supplies; b) The thermal element of the thermal relay and the fuse of the fuse (for rated current parameters); c) The generator’s Excitation equipment; d) special equipment and cables, etc.
