本规范是根据住房和城乡建设部建标2008年102号文的要求，由中交水运规划设计研究院有限公司会同有关单位修订而成。住建部第201号公告发布，自2014年6月1日实施。
本规范共16章，主要内容包括：总则，港口，港口建设规模，自然条件，勘测与试验研究，港口规划及总体布置，装卸工艺，水工结构，工程材料与防腐蚀，渔港工程，游艇码头等。本规范适用于抗震设防烈度6度~9度的一些电力设施抗震设计。
本规范面向相关设计单位、管理部门、设计人员、工程施工单位及人员等。

Scope

This standard is formulated to unify the basic terms and their interpretations of port engineering. This standard applies to the planning, surveying, design, construction, supervision, testing, scientific research and management of port engineering. This standard only selects the basic terms of port engineering. For terms related to other professions that are not included in this standard, the corresponding terminology standards should be adopted.
