《GB/T 5019.3-2009以云母为基的绝缘材料 第3部分:换向器隔板和材料》由TC51(全国绝缘材料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T5019的本部分适用于换向器隔板用的以剥片云母或云母纸为基材的硬质材料。
这些产品由白云母片或金云母片或云母纸用合适的粘合剂粘结而成。其供货形式如下:
---以压制或经切边后的尺寸供应的片材;
---由片材切成的条;
---符合用户订货条件中的形状和尺寸的换向器隔板。
产品的标称厚度为0.3mm~2.0mm。
Scope
This part of GB/T 5019 is applicable to the hard materials used for commutator separators based on exfoliated mica or mica paper. These products consist of sheets of muscovite or phlogopite or mica paper bonded with a suitable adhesive. It shall be supplied in the following forms: - sheets supplied in pressed or trimmed dimensions; - strips cut from the sheets; - commutator spacers in the shape and dimensions specified in the customer's ordering conditions. The nominal thickness of the product is 0.3mm to 2.0mm.
