1.0.1 This specification is formulated to ensure safety, applicability, economic rationality, technological advancement, and environmental protection in the design, construction, and inspection of geosynthetics. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the design, construction, and inspection of geosynthetics used in water conservancy, electric power, railways, highways, water transportation, construction, municipal engineering, mining, airports, and environmental protection projects. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this specification, the design, construction, and inspection of geosynthetics shall also comply with the provisions of relevant current national standards.
