3.1 Design of high-voltage power supply system

According to Section 8.1 of the specification, underground high-voltage power supply systems must use mining flameproof electrical equipment and strictly follow the following requirements:

  • Circuit breakers should be used for high-voltage incoming lines and busbar section switches.
  • Oil-containing electrical equipment is prohibited.
  • The substation must be located close to the auxiliary shaft to ensure a 30-minute emergency response time.

  1. System security:Set up the main grounding grid and local grounding electrodes in strict accordance with the specifications to ensure the protective grounding of all electrical equipment underground.
  2. Cable laying:When laying high-voltage cables in a fixed manner, armored cables must be used, and the appropriate type (such as coal wire armor or steel belt lock) must be selected according to the inclination of the shaft.
  3. Substation management:Substation chambers that implement centralized ground monitoring do not need to have dedicated personnel on duty, but must be equipped with a video surveillance and inspection system.
