The revision of this standard was jointly prepared by Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and relevant units in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Issuing the (2016 Engineering Construction Standard Specification Formulation and Revision Plan)" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
