Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated in order to implement the relevant laws and policies of the country's communication development in urban planning, standardize the planning of urban communication projects, and improve the quality of planning. 1.0.2 This code is applicable to the establishment planning of telecommunications, radio and television, and postal engineering facilities in urban planning. 1.0.3 The planning of urban communication projects should follow the principles of overall planning, rational layout, combination of far and near, moderate advance, joint construction and sharing, and optimized allocation. 1.0.4 Urban communication project planning should be based on urban land use layout planning and coordinated with urban land use planning and related project planning for power supply, water supply, drainage, gas, heating and comprehensive disaster prevention. 1.0.5 The planning and layout of urban telecommunications and radio and television facilities shall meet the safety guarantee requirements of lifeline projects in urban disaster prevention. 1.0.6 In addition to complying with this code, the planning of urban communication projects shall also comply with the current relevant national standards.
