GB/T 5089—2017 Standard Overview
GB/T 5089—2017 is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, entitled "General Technical Requirements for Electric Fan Motors". This standard replaces the old version of GB/T 5089—2008, and is mainly applicable to AC capacitor-operated asynchronous motors, shaded-pole asynchronous motors and permanent magnet brushless DC motors used in electric fans. Electric fan motors refer to the head part above the connector except the connecting rod, outer cover, mesh cover, and fan blades (wings).
