Introduction
GB/T 34859—2017 Standard Overview
The National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 34859—2017 "General Technical Conditions for Brushless Resolvers" specifies the classification and basic parameters, technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules and delivery preparation of brushless resolvers (hereinafter referred to as "brushless resolvers"). This standard applies to single-pole brushless resolvers and provides an authoritative basis for the design, production and inspection of related products.
Classification and Basic Parameters of Brushless Resolvers

Technical requirements and test methods
Insulation dielectric strength:The insulation performance of brushless resolvers is one of its core indicators. According to GB/T7345-2008, the winding leakage current of products with a frame size of less than or equal to 130 should not be greater than 1mA, while that of products with larger frame sizes should be 5mA.
Electrical error:It is divided into three levels (I, II), with allowable deviations of 3′, 10′ and 15′ respectively. It is measured by the proportional voltage zeroing method to ensure that the accuracy meets the requirements.
Environmental adaptability and reliability

Implementation Suggestions
Design phase:Select materials and processes in strict accordance with standard requirements to ensure that insulation, electromagnetic compatibility and mechanical strength meet the requirements.
Production phase:Establish a complete quality control system, focusing on monitoring key indicators such as radial clearance, axial thrust and electrical error.
Testing phase:Equipped with high-precision measuring instruments to ensure that the test conditions meet the standard requirements, especially the error of the angular indexing device is controlled within ±15″.
