《GB/T 5124.2-2008硬质合金化学分析方法 不溶(游离)碳量的测定 重量法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC4(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会粉末冶金分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本部分规定了碳化物和硬质合金中不溶(游离)碳量的测定。本部分适用于铬、钼、铌、钽、钛、钒、钨、锆的碳化物,这些碳化物与粘结金属的混合料以及由这些碳化物生产的所有牌号的预烧结或烧结过的硬质合金中不溶(游离)碳量的测定 。测定范围:0.02%~0.5%。 本部分等同采用ISO3908:1985《硬质合金 不溶(游离)碳量的测定 重量法》。 本部分代替GB/T5124.2―1985《硬质合金化学分析方法 重量法测定游离(不溶)碳量》。
本部分与GB/T5124.2―1985相比主要变化如下:

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the amount of insoluble (free) carbon in carbides and cemented carbides. This part applies to carbides of hafnium, molybdenum, niobium, tantalum, titanium, vanadium, tungsten and zirconium, their admixture with binder metal (without lubricant) and pre-sintering of all grades produced from these carbides Or the determination of the amount of insoluble (free) carbon in sintered cemented carbide. Measuring range: 0.02% to 0.5%.
