Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Compilation grading system

The standard establishes a three-level compilation system: overall construction organization design of a single project → construction organization design of a unit project → technical measures for sections/sub-projects. Special projects need to be compiled separately:

  • Special demonstration is required for vertical/inclined shafts with a depth exceeding 500m
  • Additional support schemes are required for surrounding rock of Class IV and above

Dynamic management mechanism

The construction organization design needs to be dynamically updated in five stages:

StageUpdate trigger conditionsApproval requirements
Changes in geological conditionsDifference in surrounding rock grade ≥1 levelRe-approval by chief engineer
Design changesIncrease or decrease in engineering volume exceeding 15%Confirmation by supervisor
Process adjustmentCore equipment replacementExpert demonstration

Key technical requirements

Shaft and tunnel excavation and masonry engineering

Differentiated construction parameters are specified for different shaft types:

  • Vertical shaft: mechanization matching rate ≥80%
  • Inclined shaft: slag discharge efficiency ≥30m³/h
  • Large chamber: smooth blasting residual hole rate ≥65%

Key points of installation project control

The installation of key equipment must meet the following requirements:

System typeDetection indexAllowance deviation
Lifting systemSpindle horizontality≤0.1mm/m
Derrick installationVerticality≤H/1500
Track systemTrack gauge±5mm

Implementation suggestions

Digital application

Recommended:

  • BIM technology for shaft collision detection
  • 4D simulation system for construction progress
  • Internet of Things equipment monitoring platform

Response to special working conditions

Suggestions for plateau mines:

  1. Equipment selection increases power reserve by 20%
  2. Staff shift cycle shortened by 30%
  3. Configure mobile oxygen production station

Standard evolution analysis

Main improvements compared to the 2008 version:

  • New green construction technical requirements
  • Strengthen dynamic management requirements
  • Detailed installation project acceptance standards
