Scope
This part of "Automatic Sprinkler System" stipulates the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of plastic pipes and fittings for automatic sprinkler systems. This part is applicable to the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) used as water distribution branch pipes in the wet system set up in the places where the fire hazard level specified in GB 50084-2001 (2005 edition) is light hazard level and medium hazard level I.
