《GB/T 5168-2020钛及钛合金高低倍组织检验方法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC3(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会稀有金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical elements | 2008 edition | 2020 edition | Improvement points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sample preparation | Basic requirements only | Added 6 new sample preparation methods such as electrolytic polishing | Adapt to different alloy states |
| Corrosion system | 3 kinds of corrosive agents | 6 low-magnification + 9 high-magnification corrosive agents | Refined alloy classification treatment |
| Defect determination | Appendix A/B | Added 4 types of defect maps (DF) | Improved determination basis |
Key technology innovation
β spot inspection heat treatment specification: requires treatment at 15-30℃ below the β transition temperature, and clarifies the temperature control accuracy of ±5℃ compared to the old version to ensure the accuracy of organization display.
Primary α phase measurement: Added 4 quantitative detection methods such as intercept method and image analysis method, and the measurement error can be controlled within ±2%.
Implementation and application suggestions
- For β-type titanium alloy, it is recommended to use 60mL H2O2+10mL HF+30mL H2O corrosion system
- When detecting the long strip α phase, the sampling ratio of the longitudinal section of the sample should be ≥70%
- The electrolytic polishing parameters refer to YB/T4377, and the voltage is recommended to be 12-15V
Technology evolution analysis
This standard responds to the strict requirements of the aerospace field for the microstructure consistency of titanium alloys, through:
- Introduction of 3D printed parts organization inspection specifications
- Referencing the evaluation method of welding heat affected zone
- Supplementing the digital image analysis process
