《GB/T 5207-1985涂料闪火试验确定危险等级快速平衡法》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准适用于确定色漆、清漆、溶剂、石油及有关产品等易燃性、可燃性液体在相应的危险等级的最低允限温度下是否发生闪火。不适用于测定产品的闪点。

Scope

This standard is applicable to determine whether flammable and combustible liquids such as paints, varnishes, solvents, petroleum and related products will flash fire at the minimum allowable temperature of the corresponding hazard level. Not suitable for determining the flash point of the product. Note: The hazard levels of products for different purposes are formulated in accordance with relevant national or international regulations.
