《GB/T 5318-1985烧结金属材料（不包括硬质合金）无切口冲击试样》由TC243（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定烧结金属材料无切口冲击试样的尺寸。试样可直接压制和烧结制成，也可由烧结制品经机械加工制成。本标准适用于除硬质合金以外的各种烧结金属和合金。但对于某些孔隙度很低或延展性大的烧结材料，采用带U或V型切口试样做冲击试验更合适，此种情况下，试验得出的结果分散性小(参考GB 229-84《金属夏比(U型缺口)冲击试验方法》或GB 2106-80《金属夏比(V型缺口)冲击试验方法》)。

Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions of unnotched impact test specimens of sintered metallic materials. The sample can be directly pressed and sintered, or it can be machined from sintered products.
