《GB/T 5374-2008摩托车和轻便摩托车可靠性试验方法》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，TC114SC1（全国汽车标准化技术委员会摩托车分会）执行，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准代替GB/T 5374-1995《摩托车和轻便摩托车可靠性试验方法》。
本标准规定了摩托车和轻便摩托车可靠性试验的试验条件及中止试验条件、试验里程及里程分配、试验项目及方法和试验报告。
本标准适用于摩托车和轻便摩托车（赛车和电动摩托车除外）的可靠性试验。
本标准与GB/T 5374-1995相比：
――调整了试验项目；
――增加了可靠性试验样车数量；
――增加了驾驶操作和例行操作；
――调整了试验路面设置和行驶里程分配。
――增加了可靠性评价计算方法。

Scope

This standard specifies the test conditions and test termination conditions, test mileage and mileage distribution, test items and methods, and test reports for reliability tests of motorcycles and mopeds. This standard applies to the reliability test of motorcycles and mopeds (except racing cars and electric motorcycles) (hereinafter referred to as "motorcycles").
