《GB/T 5486-2008无机硬质绝热制品试验方法》由TC191（全国绝热材料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了无机硬质绝热制品几何尺寸、外观质量、抗压强度、密度、吸水率、含水率、均温灼烧性能等项目的试验方法。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５４８６．１―２００１《无机硬质绝热制品试验方法　外观质量》、ＧＢ／Ｔ５４８６．２―２００１《无机硬质绝热制品试验方法　力学性能》、ＧＢ／Ｔ５４８６．３―２００１《无机硬质绝热制品试验方法　密度、含水率及吸水率》、ＧＢ／Ｔ５４８６．４―２００１《无机硬质绝热制品试验方法　匀温灼烧性能》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ５４８６．１～５４８６．４―２００１相比主要变化如下：
―――增加了弧形板和管壳抗压强度受压面最小尺寸；
―――修改了抗压强度、抗折强度试件数量；
―――修改了匀温灼烧性能的升温速率与恒温时间。

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for geometric dimensions, appearance quality, compressive strength, flexural strength, density, moisture content, water absorption, uniform temperature burning performance and other items of inorganic rigid thermal insulation products. This standard is applicable to inorganic rigid thermal insulation products such as calcium silicate thermal insulation products, foam glass thermal insulation products, expanded perlite and vermiculite thermal insulation products.
