《GB/T 5505-2008粮油检验灰分测定法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC1（全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ５５０５―１９８５《粮食、油料检验　灰分测定法》的修订。本标准自实施之日起，代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５５０５―１９８５。本标准规定了粮食、油料中灰分测定的原理、试剂、仪器、分析步骤以及结果计算。本标准适用于粮食、油料中灰分含量的测定。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ５５０５―１９８５的主要技术差异如下：
―――将高温炉内的灼烧温度由５００℃～５５０℃修改为５５０℃±１０℃。

Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments, analysis procedures and calculation of results for the determination of ash in grains and oilseeds. This standard applies to the determination of ash content in grains and oilseeds.
