《GB/T 5590-2008矿用防爆低压电磁起动器》由TC9(全国防爆电气设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准代替GB 5590-1985《矿用隔爆型电磁起动器》。
本标准规定了矿用防爆低压电磁起动器的分类、特性、技术要求、结构和性能要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存要求。
本标准适用于煤矿井下,在交流50Hz,电压至1140V的线路中,控制三相鼠笼型异步电动机就地、远距离起动和停止、反转和双速,同时对电动机及有关电路进行保护的起动器的设计、制造与检验。
本标准与GB 5590-1985相比,主要修改内容如下:
a)标准名称“矿用隔爆型电磁起动器”修订为“矿用防爆低压电磁起动器”;
b)增加了规范性引用文件;
c)增加了控制方式的分类,在按用途分类中增加了“双速起动器”、“其他起动器”;
d)增加了“额定绝缘电压(Ui)、额定冲击耐受电压(Uimp)”的要求;
e)增加了短路特性的有关要求;
f)增加了机械环境条件(表2);
g)增加了额定电压耐受冲击(表3);
h)爬电距离中去掉了Ⅲb;
i)易接近部件温升极限中增加了3项易接近部件(表9);
j)起动器的电寿命不应低于其机械寿命的1/10,修订为1/20;
k)增加了真空隔离(换相)开关的分断能力要求;
l)增加了电子过载保护时的特性值;
m)增加了双速起动器速度切换;
n)增加了通断操作过电压保护及其他保护要求;
o)增加了振动与冲击要求;
p)增加了抗电磁干扰要求;
q)产品铭牌上增加标准编号及安全标志;
r)细化了防爆性能要求内容。


Scope

This standard specifies the classification, characteristics, technical requirements, structure and performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of mining explosion-proof low-voltage electromagnetic starters (hereinafter referred to as starters). This standard applies to underground coal mines, in AC 50Hz, voltage up to 1140V line, control three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor local, remote start and stop, reverse and double speed, and protect the motor and related circuits at the same time The design, manufacture and inspection of starters. The provisions of this standard concerning overload protection do not apply to built-in overheat protection devices built into the motor.
