―――高氯酸重量法是对GB/T8654.4―1988、GB/T5686.2―1985和GB/T7730.2―2002进行了整合修改。其主要变化如下:
a)试样称样量统一为“3.00g 试料(含硅量在1% 以上时,称取1.0000g 试料),精确至0.0001g”;
b)试料分解整合为“碱熔(适用于锰硅试料)”和“酸溶+残渣处理(适用于金属锰、氮化锰铁和锰铁试料)”;
c)碱熔熔剂用量改为8g~10g,将加热变黑的熔融物置于700℃ ~750℃ 高温炉中熔融10min~15min。
Scope

This part is applicable to the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride, metallic manganese and electrolytic metallic manganese. The determination range (mass fraction): 0.001% to 30.00%. Method 1: molybdenum blue photometry, suitable for the determination of silicon content in manganese metal and electrolytic metal manganese, the measurement range (mass fraction) is 0.001-0.60%; method 2: potassium fluorosilicate titration method, suitable for silicon content in manganese-silicon alloy Determination of content, measurement range (mass fraction) 12.00% ~ 30%; method three: perchloric acid gravimetric method, suitable for the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride, metal manganese and electrolytic metal manganese , Determination range (mass fraction) 0.50% ~ 30.00%.
