―――高氯酸重量法是对GB/T8654.4―1988、GB/T5686.2―1985和GB/T7730.2―2002进行了整合修改。其主要变化如下:
a)试样称样量统一为“3.00g 试料(含硅量在1% 以上时,称取1.0000g 试料),精确至0.0001g”;
b)试料分解整合为“碱熔(适用于锰硅试料)”和“酸溶+残渣处理(适用于金属锰、氮化锰铁和锰铁试料)”;
c)碱熔熔剂用量改为8g~10g,将加热变黑的熔融物置于700℃ ~750℃ 高温炉中熔融10min~15min。


Scope

This part specifies the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride, metallic manganese and electrolytic manganese by molybdenum blue photometric method, potassium fluorosilicate titration method and perchloric acid gravimetric method. This part is applicable to the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride, metallic manganese and electrolytic metallic manganese. The determination range (mass fraction): 0.001% to 30.00%. Method 1: molybdenum blue photometry, suitable for the determination of silicon content in manganese metal and electrolytic metal manganese, the measurement range (mass fraction) is 0.001-0.60%; method 2: potassium fluorosilicate titration method, suitable for silicon content in manganese-silicon alloy Determination of content, measurement range (mass fraction) 12.00% ~ 30%; method three: perchloric acid gravimetric method, suitable for the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride, metal manganese and electrolytic metal manganese , Determination range (mass fraction) 0.50% ~ 30.00%.
