《GB/T 5757-2008离子交换树脂含水量测定方法》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC4(全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了离子交换树脂的含水量的测定方法。本标准适用于在(105~110)℃下连续干燥而不发生化学变化的离子交换树脂含水量的测定。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of moisture holding capacity of ion exchange resins.

This standard is applicable to the determination of the moisture holding capacity of ion exchange resins that are free from any chemical changes when being continuously dried at (105~110)℃.

3 Method summary

Take certain amount of ion exchange resin sample which has absorbed the equilibrium moisture and also has been removed from the external moisture of the particles by centrifugation, and then remove the internal moisture by an oven drying method, and finally calculate the moisture holding capacity based on the decrease in mass.
