《GB/T 6344-2008软质泡沫聚合材料 拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的测定》由TC48(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T 6344-1996《软质泡沫聚合物材料 拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的测定》。
本标准规定了软质泡沫聚合材料以恒定速率拉伸至断裂时拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的测试方法。
本标准适用于软质泡沫聚合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的测试。
本标准与GB/T 6344-1996相比主要变化如下:
―――修改了第4章部分内容;
―――删除了4.1测厚仪;增加了“伸长测量系统”的相关规定;
―――5.2增加了1A 型试样;
―――5.4增加了需要在材料生产后16h或48h进行试验的相关规定;
―――7.1将“平均拉伸强度”更改为“拉伸强度”;
―――式(1)中用“TS”代替“σt”表示拉伸强度;
―――式(2)中用“Eb”代替“εt”表示断裂伸长率。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the tensile strength and elongation at break of flexible foamed polymeric materials stretched at a constant rate to break. This standard applies to the testing of tensile strength and elongation at break of flexible foam polymeric materials.
