本标准规定了法兰连接尺寸和密封面按GB/T569、GB/T2501的船用法兰铸铁截止止回阀的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装和贮存。
本标准适用于介质为海水、淡水、滑油、燃油管路系统用截止止回阀的设计、制造和验收。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, package and storage of marine cast iron flanged stop check valves (hereinafter referred to as stop check valves) with flange connection dimension and sealing face in accordance with those specified in GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacturing and acceptance of stop check valves for pipeline system with seawater, fresh water, lubricating oil and fuel oil as medium.

3 Classification and Labeling

3.1 Type
The types of stop check valves are specified as follows:
Type A - through-type stop check valve with flange connection dimension and sealing face in accordance with GB/T 569;
Type B - perpendicular-type stop check valve with flange connection dimension and sealing face in accordance with GB/T 569;
Type AS - through-type stop check valve with flange connection dimension and sealing face in accordance with GB/T 2501;
Type BS - perpendicular-type stop check valve with flange connection dimension and sealing face in accordance with GB/T 2501.
