《GB/T 5953.1-2009冷镦钢丝 第1部分:热处理型冷镦钢丝》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC3(全国钢标准化技术委员会盘条及钢丝分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本部分规定了热处理型冷镦钢丝的分类及代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。
本部分适用于制造铆钉、螺栓、螺钉和螺柱等紧固件及冷成型件用优质碳素结构钢丝和合金结构钢
丝。紧固件或冷成型件经冷镦或冷挤压成型后,需要进行表面渗碳、渗氮、调质等热处理。
1 Scope
This part specifies the classifications and designations, order contents, dimension, shape, weight and permissible tolerance, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of steel wire for cold heading and cold forging intended for heat treatment.
This part is applicable to the carbon constructional quality steel wires and alloy structure steel wires (hereinafter referred to as steel wire) for making fasteners and cold assemblies such as rivet, bolts, screws and stud bolts. After the fasteners and cold assemblies is finished through cold heading and cold forging, they need to be subjected to heat treatment such as surface carburizing, nitriding and tempering, etc.
