《GB/T 6071-2003超高真空法兰》由TC18（全国真空技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了内焊型、松套型、盲型超高真空兰和铜密封垫的型式、尺寸及技术要求。
本标准适用于超高真空系统中公称通径为16mm～250mm用铜垫密封的不锈钢法兰及铜密封垫。

Scope

This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements of internal welding type, loose sleeve type, blind type ultra-high vacuum flange (hereinafter referred to as flange) and copper gasket. This standard applies to stainless steel flanges and copper gaskets with a nominal diameter of 16mm to 250mm sealed with copper gaskets in ultra-high vacuum systems.
