Upgrade of Processing Material Specifications
The 2022 version explicitly allows the use of stainless steel materials for the first time, requiring a hardness of ≥561HV to meet the needs of high-strength anti-corrosion scenarios. The bearing steel structure must reach the 688HV benchmark.
New requirements for testing devices
- All blade rulers are equipped with a Berkovich-shaped insulation guard plate (see Figure 2) as standard to reduce thermal offset errors
- Three- and four-sided rulers are required to install an anti-slip handle assembly

- Calibrate the storage environment temperature and humidity (18-25℃, ≤60%RH) on a weekly basis
