ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９ 《漆包圆绕组线》分为２２个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９的第２部分。本部分自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．２—１９９０。GB/T 6109的本部分规定了以聚脂树脂为基的单一漆层155级漆包铜圆线的要求。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．２—１９９０相比，主要变化如下：
———热冲击试验用圆棒直径的规定，由原来的按导体标称直径范围分档立项改为按每一导体标称直径立项；
———剥离试验常数犓值由１３０ｍｍ 改为１５０ｍｍ；
———软化击穿温度由２４０℃提高为２７０℃。

Scope

This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for grade 155 enamelled round copper wire with a single paint layer based on polyester resin. The resin can be modified if the chemical properties of the original resin are preserved and all requirements specified for the enameled wire are met. Note: Modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its certain performance or use characteristics. Class 155 indicates a thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 155 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 175°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended temperature for enameled wire, because it depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameter range of conductors specified in this part is: - Class 1: 0.020 mm and above and 3.150 mm and below; - Class 2: 0.020 mm and above and 5.000 mm and below. The nominal diameter of the conductor shall comply with the regulations in Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1-2008.
