《GB/T 6144-2010合成切削液》由TC280(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会)归口,TC280SC1(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification and code, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage and safety of synthetic cutting fluids prepared from various water-soluble additives and water. The concentrates of the products specified in this standard can be in the form of liquid, paste and solid powder. When in use, dilute with a certain proportion of water to form a transparent or translucent diluent, which is suitable for lubrication, cooling and rust prevention in various cutting processes such as metal turning and milling.
