《GB/T 6150.1-2023钨精矿化学分析方法 第1部分:三氧化钨含量的测定 钨酸铵灼烧重量法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC3(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会稀有金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T6150.1-2023 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Tungsten Concentrates Part 1: Determination of Tungsten Trioxide Content" is a standard method for the determination of tungsten trioxide content in tungsten concentrates, using the ammonium tungstate ignition gravimetric method. This standard replaces GB/T6150.1-2008, and is mainly improved in terms of scope of application, test procedures and precision requirements.
2. Technical requirements and improvements
| Technical dimensions | 2008 edition | 2023 edition |
|---|---|---|
| Scope of application | Tungsten concentrate with molybdenum content less than $0.3\%$ and phosphorus content less than $0.3\%$ | Same as above, the measurement range is extended to not less than $20\%$ |
| Measurement method | Hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid dissolution-filtration-burning method | Add hydrofluoric acid desiliconization step to improve measurement accuracy |
| Precision requirements | Repeatability limit $r$: 0.32%-0.35% | Optimized to $r$: 0.32%-0.36%, reproducibility limit $R$: no more than $0.55\%$ |
3. Implementation suggestions and precautions
Case study:In practical applications, if you encounter a sample with a high silicon content, you should strictly follow the standard requirements to use the hydrofluoric acid desiliconization step. For example, when measuring a batch of tungsten concentrate with a high silicon content, not adding hydrofluoric acid may result in a result that is $about 5\%$ higher.
Operational suggestions: 1. Ensure that the temperature of the high temperature furnace is controlled within the range of $780^\circ\mathrm{C}-800^\circ\mathrm{C}$; 2. Regularly calibrate the spectrophotometer to ensure the accuracy of the wavelength; 3. Pay attention to the accuracy of solution preparation, especially the concentration of standard solution and reagents.
