《GB/T 6391-2003滚动轴承 额定动载荷和额定寿命》由TC98（全国滚动轴承标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了滚动轴承基本额定动载荷的计算方法，它适用地尺寸范围符合有关国家标准规定、采用当代常用高质量淬硬轴承钢，按良好的加工方法制造，且滚动接触表面的形太基本上为常规设计的滚动轴承。本标准还规定了基本额定寿命的计算方法，该寿命是与90%的可靠度、常用高质量材料和良好加工质量以及常规运转条件相关的寿命。此外，本标准还规定了考虑不同可靠度、特殊轴承性能和特定运转条件，利用寿命修正系数计算修正额定寿命的方法。

Scope

This standard specifies the calculation method for the basic dynamic load rating of rolling bearings. It is applicable to those whose size range conforms to the relevant national standards, is made of high-quality hardened bearing steel commonly used in contemporary times, and is manufactured according to good processing methods, and the shape of the rolling contact surface is basically Rolling bearings of conventional design. This standard also specifies the calculation method of the basic rating life, which is the life related to 90% reliability, commonly used high-quality materials and good processing quality, and normal operating conditions. In addition, this standard also stipulates the method of calculating the corrected rating life by using the life correction factor considering different reliability, special bearing performance and specific operating conditions. This standard does not apply to structures in which the rolling elements run directly on the shaft or housing surface, unless the surface is equivalent in all respects to the bearing ring (or washer) raceway. Double row radial bearings and double direction thrust bearings in this standard are assumed to be symmetrical structures. Other restrictions on various types of bearings are stated in the relevant clauses.
