《GB/T 6404.1-2005齿轮装置的验收规范 第1部分：空气传播噪声的试验规范》由TC52（全国齿轮标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T6404本部分给出了确定齿轮装置和带电动机的齿轮装置发出的，由空气传播的噪声的必要说明和标准条件。结合用于试验的运行条件和安装条件。还给出了允许的测量方法。

Scope

This part of GB/T 6404 gives the necessary instructions and standard conditions for determining the airborne noise emitted by gear units and gear units with electric motors. In conjunction with the operating and installation conditions used for the test, permissible measurement methods are also given. The radiation characteristics include the radiated sound pressure level and sound power level at the specified location, and the determination of the following information is necessary. a) manufacturers of gear units and gear units with motors, in order to obtain the radiated noise they may describe; b) comparison of the radiated noise of gear units and gear units with motors under operating conditions; c) noise at the design stage purpose of control. The purpose of this part of GB/T 6404 is to ensure the reproducibility of the determination of the radiation characteristics of airborne noise within the specified range, which is determined by the accuracy class of the basic measurement method used. The noise measurement methods allowed in this part of GB/T 6404 are engineering method (level 2) and probabilistic method (level 3).
