《GB/T 6404.2-2005齿轮装置的验收规范 第2部分：验收试验中齿轮装置机械振动的测定》由TC52（全国齿轮标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB /T 6404的本部分适用于具有独立箱体的闭式增速和减速齿轮装置机械振动的测定。规定了箱体和轴振动的测定方法以及测定振动级的仪器类型、测量方法和测试步骤。包括了验收中的振动等级。

Scope

This part of GB/T 6404 applies to the determination of mechanical vibration of closed speed increasing and reducing gear units with independent boxes. Does not include gear system torsional vibration measurements. This part of GB/T 6404 applies only to gear units that have been accepted for acceptance testing on the manufacturer's test equipment and are tested and operated at design speeds, loads, temperature ranges and lubrication conditions. By agreement, gear units may also be tested elsewhere, but shall be operated under the conditions recommended by the manufacturer. Other criteria for vibration evaluation may be required for in situ measurement of gear unit vibrations. This part of GB/T 6404 does not apply to some special or auxiliary gear devices, such as compressors, pumps, turbines, etc. that are integrated with gear devices, and gear devices that do not transmit power. Some special clauses may be required in the vibration measurement, such as: measurement method and acceptance level should be determined through consultation between the manufacturer and the user.
