《GB/T 8543-1987验收试验中齿轮装置机械振动的测定》由TC52（全国齿轮标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准适用于传递动力的具有单独箱体的齿轮装置。本标准不适用于一些特殊的或辅助性的齿轮装置，如与传动齿轮装置做成一体的压缩机、泵、汽轮机以及不传递动力的一些齿轮装置。但若经协商同意本标准也可用于这些设备。本标准规定了在验收试验中，测定振动级的仪器类型、测量方法、测试步骤及验收中的振动等级。

Scope

This standard applies to gear units with separate housings for power transmission. This standard does not apply to some special or auxiliary gear devices, such as compressors, pumps, steam turbines integrated with transmission gear devices, and some gear devices that do not transmit power. However, this standard can also be used for these devices if agreed upon. This standard specifies the instrument type, measurement method, test procedure and vibration level in the acceptance test for determining the vibration level.
