《GB/T 6705-2008焦化苯酚》由TC469(全国煤化工标准化技术委员会)归口,TC469SC3(全国煤化工标准化技术委员会炼焦化学分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T3709―1997和GB/T6705―1989。本标准是在GB/T3709―1997《工业酚》和GB/T6705―1989《焦化苯酚》两个标准基础上进行修
订,将原来的两个标准合并为一个标准。本标准规定了苯酚的技术要求、试验方法、检测规则、标志、包装、运输、储存和安全注意事项。本标准适用于从煤焦油、含酚污水制取的粗酚,经精馏制得的苯酚。 本标准与GB/T3709―1997和GB/T6705―1989相比,主要变化如下:
―――调整规范性引用文件;
―――技术要求中增加了优等品等级;
―――用苯酚含量指标代替了结晶点指标;
―――增加了中性油浊度法指标,测定方法修改采用JISK2437―1994中中性油浊度法测定方法;
―――增加了数值修约规则的内容;
―――增加了汽车槽车、集装罐包装运输的内容。


Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and safety precautions for phenol. This standard is applicable to crude phenol produced from coal tar and phenol-containing sewage, and then refined to produce phenol.
