Introduction

Introduction and Standard Background

GB/T 6730.7-2016 "Determination of Metallic Iron Content in Iron Ore - Sulfosalicylic Acid Spectrophotometric Method" is the national standard of the People's Republic of China, used to determine the metallic iron content in iron ore, iron concentrate, sintered ore and pelletized ore. This standard replaces GB/T 6730.7-1986 and optimizes and improves the determination method.

  • Magnetic Stirrer: used for magnetic separation of samples.
  • Volume Flask: includes single-line and graduated pipette, used for solution preparation and quantification.

  3. Calibration curve drawing:It is recommended to calibrate at least once a month to ensure measurement accuracy.
  4. Waste liquid treatment:Refer to Appendix B and use chromium removal equipment to treat waste liquid to avoid environmental pollution.
