《GB/T 6739-1996涂膜硬度铅笔测定法》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了采用已知硬度标号的铅笔刮划涂膜，以铅笔的硬度标号表示涂膜硬度的测定方法。本标准规定了A法和B法两种方法，A法采用试验机法，B法采用手动法。本标准适用于涂膜硬度的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the hardness of the coating film by scratching the coating film with a pencil of known hardness number. This standard specifies two methods, method A and method B. Method A uses the testing machine method, and method B uses the manual method. This standard applies to the determination of coating film hardness.
