本标准规定了船体设计水线以下部位外表面用防污漆体系和防锈漆体系的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装和运输。
本标准适用于各类材料的船舶设计水线以下的防污防锈漆体系，也包括船体水线部位的防污防锈漆体系.
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and transportation of antifouling paint systems and antirust paint systems for the outer surface of the hull design waterline. This standard applies to the antifouling and antirust paint system below the design waterline of ships of various materials, including the antifouling and antirust paint system on the waterline of the hull.
