《GB/T 6933-1995短波单边带发射机电性能测量方法》由TC239（全国广播电影电视标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家广播电视总局。
本标准规定了短波单边带发射机的电性能测量条件、定义和测量方法。本标准适用于不带有完整天线的发射设备，其音频带宽不超过10kHz的全载(H3E)、减幅载波(R3E)和抑制载波(J3E)，包括独立边带(B8E)的短波单边带发射机。也适用于可以兼容发射双边带调幅话(A3E)、等幅报(A1A、A1B)的短波单边带发射机。本标准仅提供电气性能的测量方法及其有关条件的规定。测量项目以及性能指标按设备规范的规定。对于特殊的发动机，本标准没有规定的电气性能项目的定义和测量方法，由供需双方协商自行规定。

Scope

This standard specifies the electrical performance measurement conditions, definitions and measurement methods of short-wave single sideband transmitters (referred to as transmitters). This standard applies to transmitting equipment without a complete antenna, whose audio bandwidth does not exceed 10kHz full carrier (H3E), reduced carrier (R3E) and suppressed carrier (J3E), including shortwave single-sided independent sideband (B8E) with transmitter. It is also suitable for short-wave single-sideband transmitters compatible with double-sideband AM (A3E) and constant-amplitude (A1A, A1B). This standard only provides the measurement methods of electrical properties and the relevant conditions. The measurement items and performance indicators are in accordance with the provisions of the equipment specification. For special transmitters, the definitions and measurement methods of electrical performance items not specified in this standard shall be stipulated by both parties through negotiation.
