《GB/T 70.2-2000内六角平圆头螺钉》由TC85（全国紧固件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了螺纹规格为M3～M16、性能等级为8.8、10.9和12.9级、产品等级为A级的内六角平圆头螺钉。如需其他技术要求，应从现行标准（如GB/T 196、GB/T 3106、GB/T 3098.1和GB/T 3103.1）中选择。

This standard specifies the hexagonal socket button head screws with thread specification is M3-M l6, performance grades are 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, production grade is Grade A.
Note: Pay special attention to the note in Table 2 and the provisions on the tensile load in Table 3.
See Appendix A for the test of the inner hexangular (normative appendix).
If needs other technical requirements, it shall select from the current standards (for instance GB/T 196, GB/T 3106, GB/T 3098.1, and GB/T 3103.1).
