本标准说明红外辐射加热器的基本特性和规定试验这些特性的方法,以供用户参考。
本标准代替GB/T 7287.1~7287.12-1987《红外辐射加热器试验方法》,与后者相比,主要差异如下:
———根据红外辐射加热器产品制造与检测技术的发展,将适用范围由中温红外辐射加热器扩展到各种低温、中温及高温红外辐射加热器。
———增加了“规范性引用文件”、“术语和定义”与“产品分类”三部分。
———根据相关产品标准的变化,增加了“工作温度下泄漏电流和电气强度”、“耐潮湿”、“有效辐射能量比与分布温度”、“接线柱拉力”、“机械强度”、“弯折试验”、“剥离强度”、“阻燃性能”、“低温储存”及“过载能力”等性能指标的试验方法。
———法向全发射率的测量在“相对辐射计法”的基础上增加了“热像测量法”(方法B)。
———电-热辐射转换效率在“辐射计法”的基础上增加了“热像测量法”(方法B)及“分布辐射度法”(方法C)。


Scope

This standard specifies the performance test methods for infrared radiation heaters (hereinafter referred to as "heaters"). This standard applies to infrared radiation heaters, including various types of low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature electrothermal infrared radiation heaters with metal substrates or non-metal substrates. This standard describes the basic characteristics of infrared radiant heaters and specifies the methods for testing these characteristics, for users' reference.
