Core performance indicator system
The standard stipulates that extreme pressure lithium-based grease must pass 12 key tests:
- Cone penetration classification: 00-3, a total of 5 viscosity grades, covering the range of 400-220 (0.1mm)
- Extreme pressure performance: Timken method OK value ≥133N, four-ball machine method Pb value ≥588N
- High temperature characteristics: Dropping point ≥165-180℃, evaporation amount ≤2.0% (99℃)
