Scope
A blank detail specification is a supplementary document to a sectional specification, which includes requirements for the format, arrangement and minimum content of the detail specification. A detailed specification that does not comply with these requirements is considered a specification that does not comply with the requirements of the IEC and cannot be called an IEC specification.
