GB/T 7348—2017 Standard Spectrum of Chinese Whisper is the first standard formulated in my country for the acoustic characteristics of Chinese whisper, which aims to standardize the generation, transmission, reception and processing of whisper signals. This standard replaces the long-used GB/T 7348—1987, and has made major breakthroughs in technical details and scope of application.

With the rapid development of audio technology, whisper signals are increasingly used in communication, broadcasting, hearing aids and other fields. However, the lack of unified standard specifications for a long time has led to uneven quality of whisper signals.
