《GB/T 7550-2008球笼式同步万向联轴器试验方法》由TC109（全国机器轴与附件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准是对GB/T 7550-1987《球笼式同步万向联轴器　试验方法》的修订。
本标准规定了球笼式同步万向联轴器的性能试验、试验仪器设备、试验报告。
本标准适用于按GB/T 7549制造的联轴器，其他类型的联轴器可参考使用。
本标准与GB/T 7550-1987相比在内容上有如下变化：
―――按照GB/T 1.1-2000编写本标准；
―――增加了前言；
―――增加了规范性引用文件；
―――取消了“1　性能试验项目”的内容；
―――将原“2　试验仪器设备”改为“４　试验仪器设备”；
―――将联轴器型号“QWL”改为“WQL”。

Scope

This standard specifies the performance test, test equipment and test report of ball cage type synchronous universal joint coupling (hereinafter referred to as coupling). This standard applies to couplings manufactured according to GB/T 7549, and other types of couplings can be used as a reference.
