Detailed explanation of key test methods

1. Digging force measurement (Chapter 7)

GB/T 13332 standard method is adopted. It needs to be carried out under the condition of hydraulic oil temperature of 50±3℃. The engine maintains rated speed during the test. The measurement points should include key parts such as bucket tooth tip and bucket arm hydraulic cylinder.

2. Noise Test (Chapter 10)

Case: The noise test at the driver's ear of a certain model of 20-ton excavator shows:
No-load condition: 82dB(A) | Full-load condition: 85dB(A)
The test is based on the dynamic test conditions of GB/T 25615 and requires a sound level meter to be used to measure at a distance of 750mm from the center of the driver's seat.
