《GB/T 7672.23-2008玻璃丝包绕组线 第23部分:180级浸漆玻璃丝包铜圆线和玻璃丝包漆包铜圆线》由TC213(全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会)归口,TC213SC1(全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会绕组线分会)执行,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 7672《玻璃丝包绕组线》分为15个部分,本部分为GB/T 7672的第22部分。
本部分为首次发布。
本部分等同采用IEC 60317-49:1999《特种绕组线标准 第49部分:温度指数180玻璃丝包、树脂或漆粘裸或漆包铜圆线》第1版(英文版)。
GB/T 7672的本部分规定了温度指数180、浸漆玻璃丝包铜圆线和浸漆玻璃丝包、1级或2级漆膜厚度漆包铜圆线的要求。其中浸渍漆,例如可为聚酯或聚酯亚胺树脂漆。
为便于使用,本部分做了下列编辑性修改:
――删除了IEC 60317-49:1999前言和引言;
――第2章采用了适用于我国标准的引用语,删除了IEC 60317-49:1999的引用语;
――按照IEC 60317-0-6:2007《特种绕组线标准 第0-6部分:玻璃丝包、树脂或漆粘结裸或漆包铜圆线 一般规定》标准规定,将IEC 60317-49:1999第1章中的G2改为GL2,Grade 1G1和Grade 1G2改为Grade 1 GL1和Grade 1 GL2,Grade 2 GL1和Grade 2 GL2改为Grade 2 GL1和Grade 2 GL2。


Scope

This part of GB/T 7672 specifies the requirements for temperature index 180, impregnated glass fiber-clad copper round wire and impregnated glass fiber-wrapped, grade 1 or grade 2 paint film thickness enamelled round copper wire. The impregnating varnish can be, for example, a polyester or polyesterimide resin varnish. The enameled wire shall be based on one of the following standards: GB/T 6109.5-2008, GB/T 6109.20-2008 or GB/T 6109.22-2008, and shall be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties. The temperature index of glass fiber-clad copper round winding wire depends on the type of impregnating varnish used. The impregnating varnish which impregnates the glass filaments preferably has a temperature index of at least 180. The glass fiber cladding can be: a) single glass fiber wrapping; b) double glass fiber wrapping, the two layers of glass fiber wrapping are in opposite directions. The range of nominal diameters of conductors in this part is as follows: - double glass filaments (GL2) wrapped on bare conductors: from 0.500mm up to and including 5.000mm; ): from 0.500mm up to and including 1.600mm; -wrapped glass filaments on enamelled wires of grade 2 film thickness (Grade2 GL1 and Grade2 GL2): from 0.500mm up to and including 5.000mm. For the nominal diameter of the conductor, see the regulations in Chapter 4 of GB/T 7672.21-2008.
